So it’s pizza week this week and what better way to celebrate this every man’s cheat day bites with this mini pizza cup recipe. Especially good for your perpetually dieting friends who need a less sinful cheat, or so they think! This will be so good they may consume more than a personal pan pizza.

Ingredients
  • 2 tubes refrigerated round crescent rolls
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Miniature muffin cup

Ingredients
  • 2 tubes refrigerated round crescent rolls
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Miniature muffin cup
Instructions
  1. Separate tubes of dough into eight rolls each; halve the rolls. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
  2. Spoon pizza sauce into each cup. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper, pepperoni and cheese.
  3. Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes or until crusts are browned and cheese is melted.
  4. Invite your friends around for a mini pizza party!
